I know it sounds dirty; so many things I end up saying somehow do.
But honestly there is no better introduction to me and what I am doing here. Yes, I have a master’s in architecture and am a design and construction professional, but at the heart of it I am simply a woman who loves to turn houses into homes. I thrive off of the joy of improving spaces and making them truly function how you need as well as turning them into an extension of who you are.
As a whole, the true role of design is severely underestimated. It tends to be thought of as frivolous or a luxury. But think about it, I bet there is at least one thing in your home that drives you insane because it was simply not designed properly.
- Maybe your thermostat is in the middle of your feature wall
- Your closet has a tiny door but a long rod, making half of your storage useless.
- The cabinet door doesn’t open fully because it was installed too close to the wall
- Your knees hit your tub while on the toilet because, why not?
